Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
Method
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Cube sweet potatoes.
- Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet.
- Spread coconut oil over potatoes
- Lightly shake seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
