Serving Size: Enough cookie dough dip 2-4 hungry hippos
- 1 can of drained/rinsed garbanzo beans
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp of nut butter (The nut butter you use will effect the flavor)
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
- 3 tbsp of oats
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture has achieved a smooth, cookie dough-like consistency.
- Add chocolate chips.
