Cookie Dough Dip

Serving Size: Enough cookie dough dip 2-4 hungry hippos


  • 1 can of drained/rinsed garbanzo beans
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp of nut butter (The nut butter you use will effect the flavor)
  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp of oats
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate chips


  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture has achieved a smooth, cookie dough-like consistency.
  3. Add chocolate chips.
  4. Devour.
