Serving Size: 1 pound of roasted broccoli
- 1 lb of broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Chop broccoli into florets.
- Place florets onto a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over broccoli.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can also throw some garlic salt on.
- Roast broccoli for 15-17 minutes.
- Chow down.
