Blackened Broccoli

Serving Size: 1 pound of roasted broccoli


  • 1 lb of broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Chop broccoli into florets.
  3. Place florets onto a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over broccoli.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can also throw some garlic salt on.
  6. Roast broccoli for 15-17 minutes.
  7. Chow down.
